Designating Daniel B. "Barry" Moore of College Station as presiding officer of the Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority for a term to expire February 1, 2025. Mr. Moore is being reappointed.

Appointed to the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation Board of Directors for a term to expire February 1, 2029, David A. Rassin of Houston, Texas (replacing Andy R. Williams of Fort Worth, whose term expired).

Appointed to the Texas 1836 Project Advisory Committee for a term to expire September 1, 2025, Carolina "Caroline" Castillo Crimm, Ph.D., of Hunstville, Texas (Dr. Crimm is being reappointed).

Appointed to the Texas 1836 Project Advisory Committee for a term to expire September 1, 2025, Donald S. Frazier, Ph.D., of Kerrville, Texas (Dr. Frazier is being reappointed).

Designating Donald S. Frazier, Ph.D., of Kerrville as presiding officer of the Texas 1836 Project Advisory Committee for a term to expire at the pleasure of the Governor. Dr. Frazier is replacing Kevin D. Roberts, Ph.D., of Liberty Hill as presiding officer.

Appointed to the Texas Medical Board District Two Review Committee for a term to expire January 15, 2024, Kristen L. Cox of College Station, Texas (replacing Annel Gonzalez Guadalupe of Fulshear, who resigned).

Designating William P. "Bill" Douglass of Sherman as presiding officer of the Grayson County Regional Mobility Authority for a term to expire February 1, 2024. Mr. Douglass is replacing Robert W. Brady of Denison, who resigned.
